Ingredients: 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Cut pressed tofu into cubes or slices. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Add tofu to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
