there was alot to unpack in this chapter. so ill just narrow down my thoughts as accurate as possible because i was too busy fangirling at every single thing 🧍🏻‍♀️

firstly, dionysia's ghouls ! i love all their different personalities and how they clash or compliment with one another !

this entire episode made me feel like im watching “now you see me” movie franchise and i thought that was an amazing touch for the dionysia house ❤️

elias is such an interesting character, im so invested on how his true or other personality is like because i feel like he is HIDING SO MUCH things. (especially his stigma)

i'm tbh, i LOVE their stigmas. LIKE THEIR STIGMAS REALLY COMPLIMENTED THEIR CHARACTERS 😭

omg but shion, shion is pratically taiga in a different font and personality-ish ? like i can see why they clash so much.

the way ritsu's eyes LIT UP when he met Jo. like jo is sucha people person. i love jo so much.

jo's stigma is so cool tho. like i was so shocked that his stigma can actually do that, its so insane. AND HIS ARTIFACT. WHOEVER'S THEORY WAS THAT HIS ARTIFACT WOULD HE A WHIP, PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK.

im really curious on what elias's stigma do. like WHY DO I FEEL that it requires physical touch. especially in that one scene where we have to hide in a closet or something with him.

haru getting drunk off the fact that taiga and shion might clash again. (he actually loves them both to bits)

from this episode, i 100% believe that shion is somewhat the babygirl of the house. like wdym everyone just went on the run BECAUSE IT WAS SHION'S IDEA ????

i like the little ideas of snippets on the second vagastrom mission. (i really like the tiny details in this new episode leading up to the vagastrom episode)

this scene made me laugh out LOUD.

the devs are apologising for the jinmc breakup in episode 23 of season 1

at first i thought they were talking about towa but towa's hair is lavender so it can't be towa......

i never thought that jo and rui would be in good terms actually. watching them on screen was like watching a pair of twins. 😭

nonetheless, im still waiting for the next episode leak. i wanna see where the devs are gonna take this to the next level.

i really believe the time-loop theory is real. i feel even more that we are in a different timeline and the previous timeline was a “failed timeline”.

kinda happy with it because it mean kaito isn't dead and we are finally going to get more clash crumbs.

kinda sad too means mc has to suffer with her curse again 😭

but im still waiting on that one theory where she turns into the ghoul because of that one edward voice line.

wouldn't it be so crazy that somehow, miraculously, the 4th year ghouls from the other defunct houses make an appearance. or like... make a comeback ?

oh my god, the amount of action there was in this episode must make the hotarubi girlies SCREAMING & FOAMING IN THE MOUTH.

like the moment i saw them fighting with their swords, i can hear them screaming from a distance.

lets unpack some lore bits :

i saw some theories that zenji might be aware of the resetted timeline because of him calling the doll ‘saburo’.

it makes sense because why would an apparition or a spirit be affected by a resetted timeline.

anyways, i feel zenji wants to tell MC the truth in a way but he doesn't want to burden her mental health :( omg what if he has been there in every timeline... okay bye im SOBBING NOW

speaking of zenji, i think the theory of subaru being unable to see zenji is much clearer in the episode and he wants to inform everyone about it.

MIO FINALLY FIXED THE CLEMENTIA DORMMMMMMMMMMM (now i expect all the tkdb fanfics and drabbles to have a VERY FIXED DETAIL of this moment)

and i did not expect the garden of clementia to be a fucking graveyard WHAT THE HELL (omg is this the part where she finds out that zenji is not actually dead-dead but alive in one of the labs)

AND WDYM HYDE IS GOING TO THE WITCH IN THE CASTLE ??? is the whole situation building faster in this timeline ???

okay before i scream sbout the next episode, the plot twist for this episode is quite unexpected because maybe im not really familiar with japan's oldfolk mythology....

so like, i was learning on the go. the moment where zenji hesistated to go through the door, thats when i knew something was up.

honestly, ritsu.... kinda irritated me in this episode. like... he was just so... overstimulating. like i had to skip through his parts because he kept yapping & yapping. but i know, he means well but maybe for me, i kinda dont like it when someone is so PUSHY on their opinion and force their idealogy on someone.

anyways, taiga. just why.

but i feel he has a plan. he has a good plan. i think. well, i like to think that. but i hope its not gonna go like how he randomly solves it and the episode ends. i want everyone him (if its possible) to work together with everyone else.

i managed to access the new season's episode early so im posting my thoughts here ! please don't read if you haven't read it yet & be aware of spoilers ! 🩷

i think they are really edging us all cause like THEY LITERALLY JUST LEFT US WITH A CLIFF HANGER FROM THE PREVIOUS SEASON 😭

okay but at least its a somewhat fluffy episode because we were all wondering what was happening during the festival 🥺

AND APPARENTLY ? ALOT OF THINGS WAS HAPPENING IN THAT FESTIVAL ?

assuming that the samhain festival happened after the events of episode 9 & before the events of episode 10 ! so it makes sense that kaito was still alive & happy (i started bawling when i saw him)

from speculation, im hoping that they do pick off whatever they left off from episode 24 into season 2 because it wouldn't really make sense if MC goes on a mission with the dionysia students in the next episode 🤔

after all, the build up episodes towards the end of season 1 was revealing the names of the dionysia students 💀 im like really curious now.

and not only that, i was thinking that maybe its a different timeline because the episodes after the samhain festival, elias was still dressed as a janitor.

this conversation was in episode 16, this part was when MC finally found out his name. literally after the samhain festival.

but in season 2, it was shown that she knows elias's name through mio, a few days before the samhain festival days, before episode 10

this was the starting chapter of episode 10, so im really leaning into an alternate timeline or some reality manipulation thing 🧍🏻‍♀️

cause the way that th dionysia students were revealed, it seemed like they would be appearing alot in future episodes alongside the other ghouls.

UNLESSSSSSSS, the item that mio is holding somehow rewinds time and like the news about dionysia coming back & MC knowing elias's name becomes erased. (similiar concept to the first sinostra's episode where the anomaly can erase memories of something)

IDK MY BRAIN IS EVERYWHERE

at least now we have a new house to look forward to. (im dying to know the other houses and how the ghouls look like)
