As someone who also suffers from chronic pain in my legs I gotta say; Lord Vetinari has the right idea. If a conversation needs to happen they WILL go to him. Even if said individuals might need some "encouragement" to show up; thats fine too. He is a very patient man after all. That and the paperwork ain't gonna do itself (Isn't that right Commander).
