I have my top surgery in 11 days and I mentioned it to my brothers girlfriend. She got excited and asked what I would be wearing to the hospital and I said I dunno, just a button up and some comfortable pants
She immediately said I had to pick a fun outfit, that whenever the Real Housewives go to get surgery they have a fun surgery outfit they wear. She then said she’d find one for me and started googling and in my head I was just like uh huh ok I’ll just agree then wear whatever. Except then she showed me a pajama set that’s a loose and comfortable shorts and button up shirt combo that was perfect for a summer surgery and didn’t look dumb so I am in fact now wearing that to my surgery
It’s handy having one person in the family who understands fashion
