Today I thought I'd be slick and add a couple of little weights hoping holding them would help with my hand swelling when I walk (which did). However when paired with 81 degrees, 83% humidity and 150 squats (found another distance marker) the enthusiasm waned quickly. Today during my walk, I thought it would be a good idea to do 10 squats at every distance marker on the trail. I encountered 14 markers.
