Need some advice, I’m on the fence grow my beard out or shave it down to stubble and leave the mustache.
Alright so great news!!
I have applied to an online university and I'm going back to school finally!! And next week I have an appointment with a doctor to see about getting ADHD medication.
Annndddd I have secured a little under 7k in private funding for top surgery to boot! But this does mean that I am seriously short on cash, with the combination of top surgery and school, and I definitely can't take out even a small loan for the remainder of the top surgery funds, bc I am fully focused on school on account of the ADHD and am not willing to risk juggling employment at the same time bc thats how I flunked out before.
Which means we're bringing back this baby!
Hello, my name is Minty. I first came out as transgender when I was around 18 or 19 years o… Minty Lee needs your support for Minty's Top Su
That's right, the GoFundMe is back, but the goal has been brought down to 5.5k. We don't have to fill it all the way (though I'd like to), but every little bit helps!! I am going to be making an appointment for a consultation tomorrow, so go ahead and throw money at me, babes!!! Tytyty in advance!!!
Guess who is 5 months post op now!!
Top surgery was amazing experience the drs and nurses were so nice and friendly. Never misgendered once which was soooo good. Recovery was so quick too I was barely in any pain by day 4 (just to note though I have a very quick healing rate) I stopped taking the narcotic medication I was prescribed by day 5 because I didn’t need it, I didn’t need to take any other pain medication to substitute either after that!! The days mixed and blurred with how much I was sleeping though and it was a very hot summer in my state around the time of my surgery. By day 7 I was sleeping on my stomach again (oops) which didn’t make any complications so I guess it was alright!! I waited for day 2 or 3 to shower even though I got clearance from day 1 as I didn’t go home with drains (nor a binder ?? Which was very weird experience because everything I read said that I would definitely have one but my surgeon was like nahhh you’ll be fine without one!)
By week 3 I was almost completely healed the scars apart from one small bit where a stitch was poking out, I tugged on it alittle and it come straight out and healed up fine after that!! On jan 1st apart from not being able to lift my arms too high I was completely functioning again. I even got into a new years water fight with my friends, it was a blessing to be able to do that and not be weirdly looked at for how the shirt fitted my body (there was people there that I didn’t know)
Honestly the freedom I’ve experienced since then has been so enjoyable and improved my quality of like sooooo much!!! Every time I get dressed I try and look for my binders still and then I remember I don’t wear those anymore tbh it’s alittle awkward putting on a shirt without one still my brain was so use the that routine it’s still lagging behind on the new chest ahahah. I donated my binders to a company in a different state which I’m hoping allows others to be able to access affirming care that they need!!
Thank you to everyone who supported me or sent in messages or replied to my asks or posts about top surgery last year. I’m also appreciative of my friends who looked after me and helped me recover!!
Anyways here is a shirtless picture of me with my new chest!!!
I want revolver ocelot to do my phalloplasty and top surgery
If I don't wake up from anesthesia and see him just... twirling his guns around cause he shot me a new dick and balls while also shooting my tits off I'm gonna cry
Keyhole Top Surgery Procedure
- what can qualify/disqualify you from having it.
Let's all be on the same page. In no way shape or form does safely binding affect your qualifications for keyhole surgery.
As said by many in the medical community, I will summarize the procedure and what can disqualify you from keyhole top surgery.
It is recommended to have a very small cup size/ be flat chested or extreme elasticity due to not removing any access skin.
They make an incision around the areola and take the tissue out through the small cut around your areola. They do not remove any access skin, so this procedure is recommended for a very small cup size or extreme elasticity skin.
This means if you are a bigger cup size than the clinic/ surgeon feels comfortable doing without leaving a lot of access skin hanging (to be removed in another, later procedure if possible), you may not qualify. This is why moisturizing your pecs, and exercise will help you, along with binding properly.

Therefore, there is no reason not to bind (unless medically instructed not to). Most of the time, the factors mentioned above can be genetic, and you may never qualify for the keyhole procedure.
I did not get keyhole, I was given the option if I came back later (6months +) for a skin removal surgery, or the one step option ( and more affordable) was the flap procedure.
I was only a B cup, just as reference.
Surgerons want the best results, they have a reputation to uphold as a plastic surgeon. They can't have you walking around a mess or they look bad. Please understand people.
I've been having a tough time with a voice in my head making me feel like I'm not enough as a transguy.
All I know is I love myself and my body may not be thin or athletic but I'm good enough and I love my chest and my belly and I love being Nathan.
I'm almost sad that my scars are becoming so invisible. All I know is I'm proud to be a Transguy.
