i feel like yall might like this quote my sister wrote on the bathroom mirror that i haven’t erased in years;

meaning, other people love you. so when they hear your voice, it makes them happy, no matter what it sounds like, because it means you’re close by.

asking for recommendations because i think a lot of people who follow this blog also have sensory issues:

i always wear over-ear headphones when i am out of the house, and can't go anywhere without wearing them.

however, i hate active noise cancellation properties because it creates a buzzing feeling in my ears that makes me nauseous and dizzy

additionally, regular ear defenders create a suction feeling over my ears and squeeze my head too much to be able to use them.

both active noise cancellation and regular ear defenders trigger my sensory issues in a way that makes me rip them off my head the second i put them on.

however, regular over-ear headphones don't block enough sound on their own without playing music.

so, this is an open call for ear defenders that don't make the suction feeling over your ears, or, over-ear headphones with decent noise blocking by virtue of them fitting over your ears.

if you have a pair of ear defenders or headphones you have and like, i'd love to know the model name! if not, no worries.

adding AAC to a jailbroken TI-84 calculator pupdate!

- no progress learning TI BASIC

- put 2048 on calculator

- thinking abt trying to port* existing open source AAC onto calculator

- playing 2048 whenever im bored

*porting is when you take an app or game written to run on one device and put it on another. this is how we get DOOM running on everything
