Day 94 of the #y3t trainer and I did both back and shoulders today. I am going to Manchester straight after work tomorrow so I won't have chance to get to a gym. I went for some heavy deadlifts as I was at my works gym which has more plates than I do in my garage gym. I managed to work up to a 1 rep of 160kg and did it for a few sets. I wanted to get a video to see my form but the gym was busy and I had limited time with the bar. It felt pretty good though and being able to pull it a few times I think I could slowly build he weight up. You know you have a good back day when you look at your hands after and see them ripped up and full of calluses. I see it as a victory and sign if working hard.
