i make my goddamn choices myself, based on what i know.

blaster fire hits overhead, digging craters into the wall and scattering rubble and smoke. sae-byeok ducks to take cover, landing behind a flat of cargo to be transported — what was supposed to be their covert getaway, had her bantha-brained partner not alerted the entire landing pad to their force-sensitive presence.

"your kriffing choices will get us killed," sae-byeok grunts out, arm rising to shield her eyes from another spray of sand, rock blown to bits by the oncoming blaster bolts. though she wouldn't be able to call tait a liar for this. from the little they've worked together, sae-byeok can tell they know how to wreak havoc, and chaos, and stir up any number of inconveniences with a flick of their wrist. yes, tait knows that very well.

pinned down, outnumbered ten to one ... their choices are slim now. panic ramps up sae-byeok's already overworking brain, eyes scanning the little she can see with desperation as she searches for a mode of escape. an overturned landspeeder to their left, and the stretch of quickly abandoned street to their right; neither option is great, until—

"the vent cover," sae-byeok nods at the panel beneath their feet. it'll be a tight squeeze, but tait is small and sae-byeok has scraped herself through tighter spaces to survive. "help me lift it."

27. what do their hair care products smell like? this question was partly answered in this ask a while ago, but to dive a little deeper and more specifically on willow's hair: she uses honey based shampoo and conditioner, she always has a sweet scent to her hair and prefers something a little more natural and not as potent usual shampoos and conditioners, so it's a very muted smell. on a weekly basis she does oil her hair, using a little tea tree or rosemary oil, so sometimes you may smell a bit of that on her !

i answered smth similar here — it’s more or less the same points (he values jewellery for sentiment, for his appearance, and as a demonstration of his status), but with jewellery as a whole i think that jesper is picky about the kinds he wears, and where the pieces/materials are sourced from. (it’s hard not to be conscious of that when he lost his mother to a chain reaction started by kerch miners in his hometown.)

he favours zemeni-made jewellery, because the country has a wealth of precious metals and jewels and a beautiful fashion/art culture that jesper grew up with and adores. other countries have the odd pretty trinket, but for jesper, other styles of jewellery can look too bland or embarrassingly gaudy, so they aren’t always his first choice. 

also! also. i think, given his abilities, jesper is pretty good at turning random items of jewellery into on-the-spot weaponry, if he needs to; like that scene in the books where he splits the metal casing from some bullets into multiple tiny shards, and uses those pieces like a shrapnel bomb.
