It was one simple apology and then BAM! Everyone was buddy-buddy with ash again. Nobody held it against him, nobody ever brought it up, everyone was supposed to forgive and forget. But here’s the thing: If a bb shipper had done the same thing in the opposite direction (calling bs shippers you know what), it would still be talked about to this day.
But no. I don’t want Ash to be dead or deleted. I want equality. If a bb shipper messes up, it’s held over their heads for a very long time, as a group. No matter how many apologies are said. A bs shipper messes up, it’s always an isolated incident, and it blows over inn like a week. If bs shippers want me to stop, then they shouldn’t have let ash off with a weak apology that basically boiled down to “I’m sorry for comparing bb shippers to nazis. It was wrong of me to make the bs community look bad.”- THAT’S what it came off as. Why are bs shippers allowed to do this?
A bb shipper says something offensive, then the entire community has to basically exile them, and no longer talk to them. But a bs shipper?- Oh no. Those are slip-ups. They didn’t really mean it. And even if they did, they weren’t thinking, they didn’t have the full context, or they were upset. It’s not their fault.
And again: I do NOT want ash to be hurt. Far from it. I’m just pointing out the hypocrisy in how bs shippers are treated when it comes down to toxic behavior compared to how bb shippers are treated when it comes down to toxic behavior. And ash just so happens to be a good example of it. I could change it up though.
How about belladonna-wukong, who wished for Arryn to be fired after not only calling her a c*nt, but also after whining about how they believed that Arryn ‘forced’ M&K to put in bb moments.
Or how about tumblr user blacksunwillbecanon?- Who allowed a slur to pass through their posts because they were upset? and then only apologized when prompted instead of doing so on their own or just simply not letting the slur through to begin with.
There’s also puwaasuru, who takes every opportunity to bitch and whine about any bb moment.
Take your pick. There are plenty of anti-bb shippers who got to get away with toxic behavior that I could talk about instead of ash.
I could talk about Sherpawool? Who shits on bb at most given opportunities and is relentless in calling it “nothing more than a headcanon”? (Not to mention the casual use of the word “triggered” as an insult).
Or how about this asshole who constantly pulls shit like this? I think they changed their username, but I could look around.

Oh, and I almost forgot about that one anti-bb shipper who kept talking about “PoH” I think it was user professor-sakaki, who I last I checked, is also a massive racist.
So please tell me which one I should be talking about since ash is apparently off-limits.
