Today at the track I took my cough and my lovely smelling 50spf sunscreen 😛. Nice day for 45’ at 5.25min/km with 4x2’ at 4.40min/km or so. I owed this workout since Wednesday as I kept avoiding it so Friday morning I had a date with the track. I always thought that I can’t do fast workouts in the morning but today I gave it a go. Not that I was that fast, but it felt ok and it’s great that it was done early in the day. I had the whole brand new track to myself and some light rain ☔️ to cool me down. The 400s were around 1.38’ and the 800s 3.25’.
