Train family is growing
One thing to note about Rheneas is that several merchandise ranges depicted him as being painted pinkish-red despite his TV series model being more of an orange-red colour. The merchandise livery may have been inspired by the second illustration of Four Little Engines. All of the Skarloey Railway engines were depicted as pinkish-red in that book. More recent merchandise lines do give Rheneas his TV series colours.
