Not great lighting but wanted to document my quads and abs since that’s what I’ve worked most on (besides my butt, but @decomprosed is keeping an eye on my progress for me in that regard) the past 2 weeks. Not one missed workout - not even days we couldn’t find a Planet Fitness, not even days I *really* didn’t want to, not even if it meant working out at 2 am. We’ve done each day with no excuses and we are both seeing it pay off already.
