The day of Cranes
My fave bird is and will always be the crane. There is something magical about them. I grow up near a nature park called Kvismaren where thousands of them gather eatch year and it is always just as magical.
There are no magic pills when it comes to fitness... that includes supplements as well. You don’t need to go crazy and they will never replace good nutrition. Keep supplements as supplements, not a main focus of your nutrition. I keep it pretty simple. The main supplements I take are: - Whey protein - collagen peptides - creatine - magnesium - Krill oil ( not pictured ) 👀 None of these are required to see results. Let me repeat. None of these supplements are required to see results. 🙌 results come from consistency in the gym and with nutrition from food. 👍 . . I use whey protein to supplement because I can’t fit my daily protein needs in my belly just coming from lean protein ( I get full too fast ). 😩 -Collagen peptides help with joint health, skin, hair, nails.. all that beauty shit.. but really I just have a bad knee. 🙄 - magnesium: is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps to maintain normal nerve and muscle function, supports a healthy immune system, keeps the heartbeat steady, and helps bones remain strong. It also helps adjust blood glucose levels. It aids in the production of energy and protein. 💪 . . Creatine: Helps muscle cells produce more energy, aids in muscle growth, may improve high intensity exercise performance. ( you do get creatine naturally from diet if you eat meat ) 🥩 . . -Krill oil: omega 3 fatty acids, fights inflammation and helps with heart and joint Heath and etc. etc. are you still even reading this shit. 🍆 . . #supplements #bodybuilding #fitness #ftm #trana #onlinecoach #health #healthy #nutrition #workout #monday #mondaymotivation #food #workout #fitfam https://www.instagram.com/p/B2fqOtOAT9D/?igshid=1bid0pxjen380
