My Trans!L headcanons (asked by a couple anons)

He realized he was trans like six months after he started to be L, when everyone asumed he was a man by default and he felt it was right

He told Watari a year after realising, was actually cool with it, next day he had a binder beside his bed

Not the best idea, though. Binder safety?? Don't know him

After a year, three broken ribs, and a big ass scare, Watari convinces him to get top surgery

Keeps the slouchy posture and the baggy clothes because it's what feels the most comfortable after two years though

Also gets his ovaries removed, periods are a pain, impractical, and makes him actually super dysphoric

Doesn't feel the need to get on hormones, he has always looked pretty androgynous anyways

Tries to keep his voice controlled and deep, fails when he's excited

Secretly solves murders of trans people that don't get investigated as such

Also donates big chunks of money every now and then to LGBT+ shelters

Petty as fuck, if someone calls him any slur or is a transphobic ass in front of him, next week the fella's life is turned upside down

The only one who realizes on the task force is Aizawa but he keeps his mouth shut and never mentions it, that's why he's his favourite

Never tells Light, though he secretly wants to tell him to check if he would say anything, so he has an excuse to kick his ass

The name any shinigami sees is L Lawliet because, after taking that identity and realising he was trans, he ditched his deadname and thought no other new name could represent him better that L
