So, I’m 30. Nearly 3 years into transition. Here’s some of my accomplishments from the last 5 years. To remind myself that it does get better and change takes time.

4 years steady therapy
4 years sober
4 years hospital free
3+ years married
3 years out as trans
2+ years on T
2 years podcasting
1 year working a job I love
4+ months eating healthy
2 months post top
1 month working out regularly
I transitioned later in life, but that doesn’t mean I can’t still reach my goals. There’s still many things I want/need to improve on or better myself but I want anyone who struggles with mental illness or wanting to reach their transition goals- I just want you to know it takes time but it does get better. ❤️
