MY LLOYD HEADCANONS plus visual representation more under the cut
1. his horns, nose crest, and scales came from when he became a conduit. while in his coma he started growing them, it freaked everyone out. zane thinks it means lloyds dragon side just became more stronger since then causing him to grow draconic features.
still not sure what to do for his horns, im settling with this for now.
2. lloyd has also always had subtle oni and dragon features. for example his fangs, gold freckles, and pointed tongue are dragon. his ear shape and red pupils (they become slits when hes threatened) are oni. his nails also grow really quickly and are sharp and sturdy, acting like claws. but he keeps them short. one time he let them grow a bit and accidentally scratched jay. he never forgot to cut them again.
3. his hair! i have a complicated idea of what his hair looks like. he puts the upper section in the back in a short ponytail, and the lower section in a long ass braid. since becoming a conduit, it grew like crazy. he wanted to cut it but nya threatened to stab him with the scissors if he did because she thinks it was adorable. eventually they agreed to only cut the top part short and just trim the lower part.
also, in the short ponytail he has matching raccoon tail dyed pieces with sora. his is green, hers is light blue. same with the side parts, both have them dyed :>
3. arin likes making arts and crafts, a hobby he picked up while watching sora create with her tech powers one day and feeling down. he isnt that great at tech, he felt bad watching her be so good at something while he felt useless. he talked to zane, who suggested he try a different form of creation, arts and crafts. arin often makes jewelry for lloyd, like the pieces on lloyds horns and his earings. (lloyd cries each time, arin thought it was bc he hated them but nya assured him that really he was just so happy)
arin still insists hes not good at anything, yet he makes some of the most prettiest things, lloyd feels bad wearing them.
4. lloyd has sh scars, scars from battle, and that big ass scar from zeatrix. id also like to give him scars from the ice emperor when he almost got frozen in ice but idk how to draw burn scars like that soon i will. also i like the hc of him having burns on his back from kais hands.
5. his eyes are an unnaturally bright green. please blink. bro. look away. did you fall in a radioactive pool. why do they glow in the dark.
also he has gold eyelashes, very pretty. and eyebags, hes very sleepy
6. hes ftm. i like the idea of him getting top surgery around season 8, his dysphoria was getting in the way of his training and everything and binding was a hassle, so master wu decided it was best to get him surgery.
BUT someone on twitter suggested me lloyd with trans tape and i couldnt resist.
7. also, he has more piercings. he has a tongue piercing he stupidly did himself when he was a teen, after possession, hes not sure what happened with that he lowkey forgot about it. also, when lloyd was 20 kai took him to get matching piercings, eyebrow and a labret. he just takes them out though on the job.
8. sora makes kandi. her, arin, and lloyd have matching cuffs. she also makes pride stars and is trying to figure out if lloyd is queer and see if she can make some for him. but lloyd always looked a little uneasy discussing his identity with anyone other than the ninja. (he has internalized transphobia and homophobia from darkleys, he hasnt exactly gotten the chance to address that…) sora doesn’t want to pressure him so she decided to just wait.
9. okay i gave him a tail, but then after season 4 after he got a tail in canon i figured it would be weird if he had a tail the whole time, then got his dragon form, THEN euphrasia started gushing over his tail. sooo now i dont know whether to keep it or not.
