Trans chronic pain?

hi anon! im cis chronic pain ^_^

build a tolerance to pain meds (be careful with how many u take , but try to take common meds as often as is safe, so when you do need them, they dont work. since no pain meds work for me. :'3.)

do strenuous things often ! exercise too much, lift things that are too heavy, stretch too far, etc

aligning with point one , dont take meds ! i know this seems counterintuitive but ive pretty much stopped taking meds because i know they dont work.

track what causes you the most pain and do more of it ! for me, my joints are the worst ! but see what works best for you!
