Now he's definitely not book smart, by a long shot. but what he lacks in that department, he makes up for in street smarts and "dirt"

There is nothing that goes on in cybertron that he doesn't know about. And for the right odd or random trinket to add to his unhealthy hording habits, he wouldn't mind sharing a secret or 2

He also inherited rat traps Brooklyn like accent and wreck Garr's ADHD and musical talent. His favorite instrument he's found to play so far is the bag pipes.
