foods and drinks ! eatting foods that beings chrono your age would can help a ton and personally as a 2yr old gives me tons of euphoria ! for younger beings id recommend goldfish / small crackers , milk , apple juice , gummys , babyfood and yogurt melts , most soft foods , and cut up fruit ! for big kids most food is okay but think about preferences , like a 7 year old may have an obsession with dino nuggies or a 10 year old may just love pizza !
clothes ! clothes are one of my favorite things to give me euphoria . i love anything baggie , wearing my cg/dads clothes , onsies , stuff with cute designs , and anything comfortable . this greatly depends on your presentation and preferences and anything can be kiddo clothes because you ARE a kiddo ! if you need guidance most stuff with bright / pastel colors , animals especially dinosaurs or unicorns , things with glitter or sequins , jorts , and cute pjs always give a younger energy to them ! most whimsical , whimsy twee , kidcore , and cutecore type outfits can also be a good place to start so looking on pintrest and blogs can give great inspo !
interests ! this heavily depends on your preferences but i personally love doll videos , surprise blind box unboxing videos , kids shows or shows with cute styles even if they contain adult subjects , i collect toys and figures , and i love plushies . see what media , hobbies , ect you can get into that someone chrono that age may enjoy .
speach ! younger beings may babble , mix words , use less complex words , ramble about their interests , and often have higher voices . you can achieve this through voice training and making an effort to use smaller words . im personally 2 so i babble , squeal , and i really only talk to my cg and its in smaller form sentences most the time about my interests .
behavior ! this greatly depends on your age but looking at developmental milestones, and social milestones of that group can help give a place to start . on a more brod scale alot of younger beings will just walk up to people to socialize asking to be friends without fear , they also have less regard for social cues and norms often . significantly younger beings ( 1-4 ) may cry often and be less anxious to show big feelings , they also like being held often and can be clingy to caregivers / beings they are close to . beings 5-7 may want to be less clingy with caregivers and may come off more independent but still need help of course , they may form hobbies like sports or arts . beings 7-10 may enjoy video games , form more complex music tastes , want to hangout with friends more , and come off far more independent and can even do alot of tasks ( chores , making small snacks , and even cooking with assistance ) . beings 10+ are far more independent , they may have similar hobbies and interests to those 7-10 . they can do most tasks , they value social connections aton , they may be getting into slightly more teen / tween music and media aswel .
hairstyles ! this also greatly depend depends on personal preference and presentation . me personally as a little i love pigtails , cute charms and clips , and to let my hair down . looking on Pinterest can help for this kind of stuff 
bodycare & hygiene ! this can make a lot of transage beings feel dysphoric , myself included . something that helped me a lot is using kids body soap and i use monday hair products so they are pink as i need the extra hair care, but the more mature looking bottles can make me feel uncomfortable . using kids products or things with cute packaging, can help it feel a lot less uncomfortable , for things where this isn't an option repotting things can work , ive put moisturizers into different packaging before or swapped bottles of soap .
makeup ! makeup techniques to make your face smaller , eyes bigger , or whatever you're going for and it can help a ton to look younger ! When I do my make up as a goth little i prefer to keep the darker elements, but I try to keep my face small with contour and my eyes big . It's really just about experimenting with what helps you the most , there are tons of tutorials online especially tiktok and youtube .
agere and agedre ! this may not be helpful for all beings but age regression and age dreaming can help with dysphoria , coping , and is affirming for me .
