I feel like it should go without saying but to the anon who sent me a weird post about how transfems have superiority issues related to toxic masculinity because they have penises, no, I will not be reblogging that transmisogynistic, bioessentialist, TERF-adjacent bullshit. One thing I wanna say wrt t*rfs is that while their attitude is tr*nsmisogynistic in nature and their primary targets ARE transfems and trans women, t*rf attitudes on dfab trans people, specifically transmascs, differ wildly based on whether or not the transmasc in question has started any sort of medical transition. T*rfs say disgusting, dehumanizing shit to transmascs who have pursued hrt and surgery, and they also talk about those procedures in a dehumanizing manner. They don't give pre-T/pre-OP/non-OP transmascs the same treatment at all. It goes to show that they're obviously lying about what they believe in; they don't care about liberating anyone, they just want an excuse to justify why they think trans women and trans people as a whole are yucky and our treatments are nasty yucky bad medicine and shouldn't exist bc the whole world just HAS to be catered to their desires.
