oohhh goodness. TCP A4 S5 hit me like a ton of bricksss. I might need to read the recap document to like properly put my thoughts together on everything that happened.

But my main thought was how at the end of the episode, we got a flashback to the Steading and unlike the majority of the flashbacks to the Steading, which as I recall mostly focused on the horror of the gradual death of Kesseki, this time it’s a peaceful memory. The world is ending, yes, but Xainan, Piera, Dom, Azalïs, and Daxa are together. They get to be happy, and even if it doesn’t last, it’s still everything.
