See link to my BOOK entitled 📖 BACK PAIN DECODED in bio. _______________________________________________ 💥 Alot of people run into trouble when their thoracic spine (middle back) becomes stiff, this causes their lumbar spine (low back) to take over the rotation (twisting) movements that the thoracic spine is designed for. The problem is that the low back is not really designed for twisting, especially under speed or against force. So when you start twisting through your low back, say when looking over your shoulder to reverse your car, or when throwing a punch, this can contribute to wear and tear in the #lowback discs risking an #annulartear or #slippeddisc (#trappednerveoccurs (as all the facet joints, in the low back, are orientated in the saggital plane, except for the last segment, L5S1). _________________________________________________ #spinalstability #lowbackpain #backpaintreatment #workout #mobilitywod #mobility #stretching #healthybody #rehab #prehab #painfree #injury #sportsinjury #recovery #posture #abs #core #healthylife #moveu #crossfit #healthyjoints #functionaltraining #physiotherapist #movementprep https://www.instagram.com/p/B0gKxNQJ9Pr/?igshid=148f8z3pc8caw
