It's #TimberTuesday!

Today we are looking at the very old rings in an old tree, and not just the rings but where it's dark, those are called "burn scars". By looking at the old tree rings, you can actually see how many fires there have been in the past 500 years!

embodiment of death and the earth we rot into

root, sacral, solar plexus

frolicking hand in hand

a sacred grounding ritual with warm teas to shake the grief in our collarbones, aching backs and tender hearts learning to be cherished slowly, desiring the slow burn of life against its hustle and bustle, the air becoming colder and the days shorter
