(also, that kid that was a group away from us was soooo wholesome!! Before the parade started, I heard him ask his parents incredulously "The parade's going to come to US?!" COVID's been a thing for 2, going on 3, years so the poor kid probably hadn't ever seen a parade that he can remember.

I may be a bit biased, but the best performers had to have been the East Tennessee State University color guard. I have so many pictures of them on my phone, but here's probably the best one

Another group with flags that were also quite amazing! The guy in the front and center had so much gay and fabulous swagger!
