6.8.18 || Day 21/100 of 100 Days of Productivity!
I was reading Good Omens today and gahhhhhh it’s so! good! I am absolutely in love, Gaiman and Pratchett’s writing style reminds me of Lemony Snicket, who is the bomb. I mean, sardonic humor, a Duke of Hell conspiring with an angel, and Armageddon-themed obscure wit, all wrapped into one? Sign me up... I’m only 50 or so pages in, but 5/5 stars so far.
We had underclassmen awards today in school, and I got an honorable mention in math! Was not expecting that after the year I’ve had so I’m pretty happy :) (although for some reason they messed up and called me up as a junior? which was actually pretty funny)

Hey! Sorry I dropped off the face of the Earth! The last few weeks have been crazy for me. I’ve had tests and quizzes almost every day, I took my APUSH exam (I think I passed- yay), I went to States with my forensics duo Open to Interpretation, and I caught up with a friend that I haven’t seen in five months. I’m hoping to get into the habit of posting at least 3 times a week as my classes slow down a bit before exams start. Also!! I came out to my mom last night! She took it really well and said she kind of already knew so I’m one of THOSE gays lol.
Anyway, this was my attempt at making breakfast. The smoothie was really good but the eggs could use some work. I’ll just have to practice more I suppose.

5.21.19: So I completely forgot about these photos, which I took at a small Japanese/stationery store I visited a few weeks ago. This was the first time I’d ever seen so many Leuchtturm notebooks (I didn’t even know about half of these colors!), and I would definitely have bought multiple if not for the promise I made to myself to never buy another Leuchtturm.
currently listening to: “I Wish You Would” by Taylor Swift
3.8.19: This is my first attempt at a habit tracker for my bullet journal. I haven’t been perfect, but it’s still been a really helpful tool for me.
4.5.19: some Econ notes from last semester
One day, I will have the confidence to respond to the question “where’s your accent from?” with “it’s a speech impediment.” Today, however, is not that day.
