zoom university has just been reading academic texts digitally and they never end after each one there is another you have to strain your eyes with and being able to read books and text not on screens makes me feel so grateful — i really wonder how people who maybe aren’t in love with their major are doing because as much as i am into mine i’m still increasingly more tired each month

Well, literally these 2 pens; I'm sure anyone who's seen any of my other posts from this summer knows these 2 boyos very well! 😂
When I left for from university in March, I thought I'd be coming back so I didn't bring all of my pens. It's ok though, these 2 pens have been loyal friends and I appreciate their service.

28 May 2020 ~ Went for a walk just as the sun came out, and then I ate crisps and worked on my seminar paper while waiting for my frozen berries to thaw. I'm gonna finish incorporating the last bit of secondary literature into this paper today so I can move on to primary sources tomorrow!
Pomodoro tip:
So hear me out but:
My pomodoro timers are on my phone, right? And to use them properly I can’t have do not disturb on because I need to hear the notifications. So what do I do? I turn on airplane mode. No texts, no tumblr notifications, no online notifications of any kind- but I still get my pomodoro notifications.

Today I decided to study for my cell biology exam instead of working on my lab reports. I don’t think I’ll have enough time to study as much as I want. Since I have to hand in my lab reports on Wednesday and my test in on Thursday. Which is a lot but I’ll hopefully be fine!
