my favourite place on campus to study
i’m back after six months with a pic dump of my last two weeks!
it’s currently week six of this semester and i’ve yet again accumulated substantial backlog, but this time i’m doing a lot more of political theory i’m literally loving the concepts! i’m struggling a little with linguistics, but the computational module i’m taking isn’t as bad as i expected, and despite exceeding the recommended workload it hasn’t been that overwhelming! (i’ve managed to make time for my hobbies, and even picked up a new hobby: crochet!)
01/09/2021 - day 1/100 days of productivity Kicking off this challenge with some notes from my Leading through a Pandemic course, and some banana bread that I baked this morning! I’ve come to find that productivity extends beyond academia – a change in mindset that has greatly improved my sense of self. I don’t only have to be studying, I think that so long as I am doing, I can be satisfied ♥
me? posting something? less likely than you think
-20°C has been on the agenda for the past week and so has hunting for and skimming through potential sources for my bachelor's thesis

I’ve been reading 1984 by George Orwell and I absolutely love it. I have so much fun annotating books, it makes me realize how much thought has been put into every single word that’s printed on the page. It’s also that the fictional world of 1984 could very well be our world in a couple of years, given everything that has been happening lately. And of course, I have my cup of dalgona coffee to help me deal with the subsequent existential crises. I hope all of you are having a great day! xx
