#ideclaretruth - Is it Now or Never? Peter stepped out of the boat and he experienced a miracle like none other. He moved closer to Jesus because he took a step of faith leaving his safety net and his comfort zone. Abraham stepped.out of his father's house into a territory unknown and God made him a father of nations. He became a friend of God because of his total obedience and surrender to God. When are you stepping out of your comfort zone and stepping into God's plan for your life? When are you leaving your safety nets in order to step into God's purpose for you? Is it Now or never? How will you like to know that Peter was fearful and doubtful when he stepped out of the boat yet he received the most precious gift of all. He did it afraid while his focus was on Jesus. He was doubtful too but he kept talking to Jesus and he overcame the wind. You may need to step out of the boat in order to get to your goals. Walking on water is not a mean feat but a focus on Jesus will see you through. What if Peter never summoned the courage to ask Jesus let alone step out of the boat? What would have happened then if he stayed with the rest of the disciples (in his comfort zone with his friends and in his safety net where he couldn't drown)? We won't read his story today and we won't be encouraged by his bravery. Perhaps God is calling you to step into the boat with Him, to step out of your comfort zone and experience a miracle like no other. It may be scary, lonely and totally unreasonable, but you will have God in your corner always. So how will you like to step into your destiny? Step into your purpose and step into God's plan for your life? It takes courage, faith and a real focus on Jesus to attain this heights.
