Confession: I love creating workouts. 🏋🏻♀️ It’s fun to test out which movements are best back to back and finding a flow. I will always have so much appreciation for a well planned out workout. You can always tell when a trainer took the time to see if the movements chosen mesh well with one an other or if they rushed and threw it together. It’s an art, truly. - Needed a good leg day burn and this did the trick. Legs feel like jello. Those skater hops sneak up on you.
