New idea

So not that it really matters, but, I've been looking at all different kinds of recipes and searching for new and interesting things.

When I cook it's mostly what most people would consider "Western Food". Which is totally fine. However, I love different kinds of food. Lately, I've been fascinated with Japanese food. I love Japanese food. Sushi, rice bowls, teriyaki, stream buns, etc. So I looked up a few that hopefully I'll be able to try soon.

One recipe in particular has be completely obsessed. Partly because it actually sounds good and partly because it's kinda word and random and probably not what most people would think of... Pickled Plums.

It can be eaten with ice cream, on their own, or with a meat Dish. I love a versatile recipe. It takes about a week to pickle and keeps for about 2 months. I'm dying to try this out. It's ridiculous how badly I want to make this.
