Craftsman House - 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom

Hey everyone!

Long time, no see. It's been a while, huh? Well, I'm back again and it'll stick this time. Whilst on my year long hiatus - I've moved houses, been promoted, changed store locations and then gotten an entirely new job! So it's been a bit hectic and I've not had much 'me' time. But I have it again and I thought I'd return with a cute lil build!

So this build is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is perfect for a newly wed couple or a budding family looking for their forever home. The house also features a conservatory which can be converted into a bedroom if need-be. I was inspired by this floorplan and also threw my own twist on it. The house is §73,378 and is fully furnished.

I'm wondering if it's worthwhile offering my lots for download. Before I go any further, I've lost that lovely medieval market place I posted a while back, as well as my wee project lots, so those aren't available. However, I have rebuilt my wee town and they're better, I think. I love to build, hate decorating and only play to check my builds operating. So far, I've tested 2 out of 13. It's bleak. I'm not going to upload them for the sake of it, but if people dislike building, but don't mind interior decorating, thus have a need for my kind of buildings I'll gladly do so. So, do people want to use my lots?

Update on the far east post-apocalyptic lot. Costum walls allow me to keep building...I wonder for how long? Anyway, I'm really proud of the little bridges (there will be more). Also, I'm in love with the Maxis Chinese riddle lantern.
