Mossy Lane
"Mossy Lane is the twin of the house next door, located in a prestigious area of the city. The estate offers beautiful views of the canals and is just a stone's throw from a bar and library."
📍 I built it for my version of the Pleasant family, with both parents and teenage girls. The house has a kitchen, a large living room and study area, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
Pepper's Pub
"Pepper's Pub has been open as long as the Britchester universities themselves. Students come here for inexpensive drinks, and various student societies have held meetings here for years."
📍 The lot consists of three detached houses. One is a pub, the second is a coffee shop and bubble tea, and the third is a residential or holiday rental.
Springs-Stepps
"This once-historic residential complex has been converted into a restaurant beloved by all students on campus. The floors above offer workshops, extracurricular activities, or a quiet spot for homework in the attic."
📍This building is intended to be a multi-unit build. It can house a restaurant, UB common rooms, or a small business. The first floor is designated for a restaurant, the second and third for workshops (clay/painting), and the third for a library/study space. The basement houses the kitchen.
Honeydew Fields
"Honeydew Fields feels like something out of a fairytale, and you'd love to live here forever. Situated near Pepper's Pub and the Laurel Library, it's perfect for Sims on a budget who don't mind living close to the bustling city center."
📍The lot consists of two townhouses designed for two separate families. The building can accommodate two to six sims, but was originally designed for four, two in each house. I plan to roleplay as the teachers here. Each house has a basement, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
