✨ Hi Simmers,

September hit me hard ! I started school again at age 31 (it's never too late to learn new things, right ?). Plus, my 10+ YO computer also decided to kick the bucket so I was in great despair and unable to be present here. But here I am, I came back to share my Gshade Preset. I previously used Reshade but I feel like Gshade is way easier to use. I could not play whitout shaders anymore, it's been 5+ years I play with them and every time I unpurposely hit the wrong key command and it sets off, my eyes are suffering from the EA colors ! Drama queen ? Me ? Just a tad ! Anyways, as always I'll share this with you !

If you like vibrant colors like me, this preset could be for you !

You just need to put this file in your gshade-presets folder.

This has not been tested for Reshade

Tested OK on gameplay/cas/build and buy

I added an ADOF key shortcut (Shift+A) only for screenshots, not gameplay.

i've been playing the sims since sims 2. i started out on my auntie's DSI, then moved to the sims 3 on my family's computer. flash forward to today and i play the sims 4 on my own PC!

as per usual, long time lurker, first time poster. i enjoy the "maxis mix" style and enjoy all aspects of the game, even if i'm bad at some of them (build mode... looking at you).

i'm looking to create mutuals with other simblr pages and others who love/hate the sims as much as i do! i hope this is the start of something beautiful and gives me more encouragement to play.

my shaders don’t work :((((

every preset i try has this weird black box and shadow figure. idk what went wrong because I got presets that match the ReShade version im using (4.9.1) and installed all the included shaders that came with it, put the .ini files in the bin folder, turned off edge smoothing, and no, I’m not using a mac

says the “BilateralCS.fx” failed to compile, whatever that means

but i can’t use any shaders :( and just when i figured out how people were getting their sims photos to look so pretty and soft and nice :((((
