Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!

Here's a very big build, parisian inspired apartments, with a coffee shop and a gym as well, built without CC!

It’s built in Windenburg on a 30x20 lot, with 6 apartments (8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in total), a coffee shop and a gym on the ground floor ☕🥖❣️

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: FruitLoops40, Moonl1ghtseeker, SimsationalToo and Juwels64 (unfortunately I couldn't give credits on the gallery description because it kept flagging the IDs as malicious words! I'm sorry!!)

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

How to download:

Choose the mirror you prefer between SimFileShare and Google Drive (both ad-free).

Download the file and unzip it.

Place all the files in your Tray folder (…Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray).

You may even meet the passionate librarian, who made they're home in the small apartment above the bookstore.

HARBOR COMMUNITY SPACES

This Community Space in Evergreen Harbor is my take on idealized community-based support lots brought into The Sims 4. There’s a housing & food insecurity focused Community Garden, a job & childcare support centered Marketplace, as well as an activism & mental health focused Maker Space on the ballot. Which mutual aid option will your sims vote to bring into their neighborhood?
