Tiny Minimalistic Starter

I will this small house on stream yesterday and it toke me way to long because I didn’t have a plan from the start. I did however really like how it turned out. It is fully playtested and everything works. It has a double bed, a desk with a computer, a full bathroom and a functioning kitchen. There is plenty of room outside as well. I hope your sims will enjoy it. It cost just under 19.000 § (or so depending of course on where you put it). It is on a very small lot.

I absolutely LOVE Snowy Living, the build buy, the new foods and the gameplay, it gives me such a nice cozy feeling when I'm playing it. I know not everyone has all the packs so I decided to use only one pack AND to make it a starter home which means it's really really affordable :D Hope you like it!
