Dee: You could end up dehydrated. You could sprain your ankle. You could fracture a bone. You could get a heatstroke. You could get frostbite. You could get heat exhaustion...

Vee: I don't think that can happen with just running

Dee: You don't know that

Vee: Neither do you

Dee: That's why it's important to have a personal safety protocol

Dee: And with that tiny body of yours that hasn't heard of exercising before, I think I cand definitely say that you nothing about it

Dee: So I suggest you get a sh*t ton of water, a watch or a phone with a timer, some proper clothing, and get a hold of Remus cuz he always runs at five(5) in the morning

Vee: How do you know all this? I thought you hate exercising

Dee: Remus dragged me one time and shoves all the things I told you to get into my face
