Made some headcanons about Lance's relationship with his new coworkers because we lack of content that I desperately need. Also every excuse to draw Lance is a good excuse ^^

May I request part three about the younger sister of orter and wirth, who is a friend of mash who doesn't care if he is magicles or not 🤭?

I want to see how the other divine visionaries reaction to when orter and his family treated fem! Reader badly.

Maybe fem reader will cut family ties with her family, but I dont know if she will do it or not, I will leave it to you.

Everytime she saw orter or wirth or her parents she will just walk to the other way, since she don't want to talk with them again after everything happen to her.

Maybe when she meet orter or wirth she will just hide behind a character's back, like for example she is talking with Kaldo who pity her because how bad her family treat her (I want to be his sister so bad 😭, but oh well we already became the ames's sister), when she talk with Kaldo and suddenly orter appear she will just hide behind his back to ignore his stare since she don't want to make eye contact with him and her other family again.

Cue Renatus call orter a stupid brother who doesn't treat his own sister right. Even though the madl family is wealty they doesn't want to pay the sister's hospital bills (thats what I remember), what a petty parent they are.

Will she became a divine visionaries ? Not for her family to known that she is a worthy daughter for them, but for what she want (like to defend the magicless people).

i'll start with ryoh, since he's the leader (?) of the visionaries and such!

i personally think ryoh has tried to get orter to see your perspective.

given how he acted with mash, he's quite happy to hear that you're willing to sacrifice the relationship with your family for his sake, and he might even consider it romantic of you to do so.

but the root of the problem lies with how harshly orter treated you, going as far as to calling you the "runt" of the family and how he said that you were already a disappointment to your parents.

ryoh didn't appreciate his harsh attitude with his sister, out of everyone, and even if he wanted what was "best" for you, he should've been more considerate toward how you felt.

but even despite how ryoh tries to get the two of you to be more considerate to each other, orter doesn't budge, so he can only pray that you'll find yourself people who will tend to your emotional injuries.

renatus doesn't meddle with his coworkers' businesses often, and he'd rather avoid being involved in any big drama. however, even he thinks orter crossed a line with you.

he might not have any siblings himself, but it's not rocket science that the way orter was treating was NOT the way to go. so, yes, renatus doesn't call orter a "bad older brother" straight to his face because he deserves it.

he raised a brow during your conversation with orter as to why mash shouldn't be executed on the spot for just existing, and he appreciates your guts. he acknowledges your bravery against your brother, and basically your entire family's beliefs, in order to protect a genuine friend of yours.

so if he's picking anyone's side, he's likely to pick your side.

there's not too much information about sophina, but based on her wiki, i'd say she'd side with orter for a while.

she's a rule-follower like him, no matter the cost, so she's quite exasperated with you after your first meeting. she thinks you're a fiery, hot-headed brat who thinks you know everything, and no matter how much bravery you had in that conflict, she doesn't think you should have a say in what happens to mash.

the moment that changes her thought process is when, despite you being aware that she isn't fond of you, you grab her coat and hide behind her to stay away from orter's line of sight. you were initially there because rayne invited you, and you had a visitor's pass, so it wasn't like you weren't allowed to be there.

but she was shocked that you'd go as far as to choose her of all people to hide from your own brother.

she does end up asking if you're okay, because it's not a normal reaction to hide from your older sibling when you see them.

when you admit that your other brother, wirth, has been nagging you about the same thing orter has, things had been rough at school, so you weren't in the state to deal with orter if he had seen you.

it's not quite enough to sway her to your side of the argument, but she does pity you for the situation you're in. even if she thinks you deserve it, sophina acknowledges that orter could've found a better way to convey his thoughts that time.

he definitely shouldn't have called you an embarrassment to the madl family in front of all the visionaries and wahlberg himself, even though the old man couldn't care less of what your family thought of you.

so, while she's not quite on your side, she's willing to see your perspective on things and provides you with a listening ear.

tsurara also pities you and agrees with you on the topic of magicless people still being human.

she hated the tension that you created by interrupting the court meeting, but she understands a little more than sophina and orter why you did what you did.

tsurara has actually ran into you while you got cornered by orter that one time and nearly thought he was actually going to hurt you because of how scary his face looked. and despite her nerves, she stepped in and told orter he looked like he was bothering a harmless civilian and not talking to his little sister, which got him to back off for the time being

she didn't think you'd break into tears after he left, but she doesn't judge you for it.

it can't be easy dealing with a difficult brother like orter, and she's more than surprised and worried to hear that you have another brother who's currently in easton, and he bothers you too.

you and tsurara actually hit it off quite well, and if you weren't under some kind of tutorship or mentorship of another visionary by then, she probably would've taken you under her wing as her apprentice.

it's not like orter can deny that you have a lot of potential with your magic, so he wouldn't have any grounds to refuse!

agito lowkey doesn't remember who you are, but he thinks you're a decent kid!

he's also a pretty tall guy, so it's really easy to hide behind him whenever you see orter nearby.

you remind him of a baby dragon and thinks you're just being silly whenever you grab at his coat and hide behind him. pats your head because he thinks you're a little cutie, but it does comfort you a lot if you ever feel nervous because orter is nearby.

hippopotamus also likes you, which is another bonus!

agito might even let you carry hippopotamus around once in a while if he's in a good mood, and appreciates your free-spirited and kindhearted nature.

when renatus mentions that he's getting strangely comfortable with orter's little sister, agito vaguely remembers your fight with orter during mash's trial.

suddenly all the times you were hiding behind or beside him makes sense, because orter was around for all of those times.

it does make agito sad and pities you a lot because while he may be a masochist, you don't deserve that kind of pain. physical pain is a lot different than emotional pain, anyway, and you're not like him to the point where you like being told off.

he never says anything about it to you, though, and continues to provide you a safe place to hide whenever orter passes by the area instead.

compared to everyone else, the first thing kaldo notices about you is your well-refined magic and how you have just as much if not more potential than your brothers.

i mentioned in the first part of this series that you have crystal-based magic, which can also be used for building, shields, weaponry, etc. so yeah, kaldo is more interested in what other ways you can use your magic rather than your beef with your siblings.

he's probably the first one to ask you to be his apprentice, which basically means you and finn are his students!

and before you worry, he completely understands where you stand with magicless people and the like

he also thinks, as someone from a prestigious family, that orter shouldn't have called you out as the family's failure in public like that

you were only defending a friend, after all. it's not your fault that he hurt you like that

definitely one of your biggest defenders aside from rayne and your friends!

orter ever bothers you while he's around, he'll give you something sweet to eat to make you feel better, and take orter away for a nice chat about how real gentleman don't corner and degrade their baby siblings in the middle of the bureau headquarters.

if rayne and finn didn't practically adopt you, kaldo probably would've done it.

it's not even the fact that you're strong and have great potential as a future visionary, it's the fact that you're emotionally and mentally strong enough to stand against your whole family's mindset that he admires

he also teaches you small hiding spots you can use to hide away from orter whenever you do come by the bureau, so you can stay safe even if no one else is there to help you.

kaldo will definitely encourage you to consider being a divine visionary because he knows your mindset will do a lot good for people. he'll totally be your biggest supporter, and he's likely to even sponsor you as a candidate if you want that.

i'm not sure if you want me to talk about rayne, but i'll talk about him just in case!

he's literally orter's biggest hater atp because he HATES how that man treats you

forget the fact orter is his senior, no little sibling deserves to be treated like they morally failed their entire family just because they wanted to defend their friend.

he'd never treat finn like that, he can't even fathom treating finn with even a fraction of the meanness that orter and wirth does toward you.

as for how he reacts to you wanting to be a divine visionary, he's completely for it!

what better way is there to prove your family wrong than being one of the most highly regarded people in society?

he'll personally train you for your candidate exams, and similarly to kaldo, he'll sponsor you as well. if you haven't taken anyone's offer to be their apprentice yet, he'll def offer you his just to have an excuse to look after your training more.

not to mention that finn will be your biggest cheerleader if you do choose to go down that path too! actually, all your friends will be rooting for you, but i think that's a no brainer, teehee <3

Excluding Lance, from youngest to oldest:

Rayne: 18

Tsurara: 20

Agito: 22

Orter: 23

Sophina: 24

Renatus: 26

Kaldo: 27

Ryoh: 30

Definitive order for the last three DVs:

Rayne -> dead DV -> Orter

Tsurara and Agito are younger than Orter but they're his seniors as DVs. From what we can gather, that's because Orter became a DV from the post-high school police academy, which probably has multi-year schooling like a university would. Do universities exists in Mashle? Probably but I guess they're extremely exclusive and class- and gender-based like universities in Europe were a hundred years ago.

High school seems to be the main place to get your qualifications for the Divine Vsionary exams. The ages of high schoolers (first, second, and third year) range between 15 to 18 if not 19, and even younger if someone skipped grades. Agito and Renatus became DVs around the same time, which can make sense if Renatus was 18/19 when he became a DV, and Agito 15/16 when he became one.

So this is my proposed order of DV ascensions and how old they were at the time. Which is probably wrong but what else can you do with what we have? Note that the ages can be rough around the edges because of indiviudal birthdays.

1* Rayne (17/18, 2nd year)

2* Dead DV (16-19, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year)

3* Orter (20/21, PA)

4* Tsurara (16, 1st, year)

5* Sophina (19, third year)

6* Agito (15/16, first year)

7* Renatus (18/19, third year)

With Kaldo and Ryoh we'll have to start taking into account that other DVs between them could've existed where they either died as well, or retired like Wahlberg.

I'm just thinking of 17 year old Tsurara wanting to meet the new divine visionary, expecting an older teenager around her age, maybe even someone who also became a DV with 16 like she herself the year before.

Then she meets 20/21 year old Orter, police officer, 25cm taller than her, a stoic man on a mission to put order into the world, really diffcult to approach most of the time. And he respectfully addresses her with Tsurara-san. Maybe, he'll even throw a senpai into the mix. I think any 17 yo teenage girl will have some funny problems having someone like that as her colleague all of a sudden.

Long time no see! I've been busy with my irl stuff and just finally got the time to write again. I kinda projecting on some of the characters lol I hope you don't mind... I originally planned to write for all of them, but I decided to split it into different parts since when I'm writing this I have a severe case of writer's block lolol. I promises that the rest of them will be uploaded in due time!
