Day Three: April 19, 2019 | Tubod Beach, Siquijor
Good morning Siquijor! For the places we’ll be going today, the first stop is Tubod Beach. I planned this whole trip on places to go and I hope we can do everything I’ve listed for today.
Tubod Beach consists of a marine sanctuary. When we arrived, there was an entrance fee of 20 pesos (if I remember correctly). This fee was used to preserve and maintain the marine sanctuary.
It was time to swim! Me, my dad and the rest of the siblings explored the sanctuary to look around for fishes or creatures that we couldn’t see back home. As usual, my mom didn’t swim but decided to relax to a nearby resort.
We swam for an hour or so until it was lunch time. Some of the photos above and below were taken by my younger brother. He was so fond of the Go Pro for I don’t know what reason.
Talking about the Go Pro, I bought a new one to replace the one that got broken in Coron (if you want to know how it got broken, you can check it out here). I bought the Go Pro Hero 7 Black right before the long weekend and now I’m extra careful with this one. Even though it is water proof, I now use a casing every time I swim with it whether it’d be the pool or the sea so that no water can get in and damage the camera.
The huts you see is where the resort is and where mom is chilling. After eating our lunch, we had an hour to spare for snorkeling again and it was time to head out to the next destination.
Check here were we went to next.
