finally watching s2 of the unsleeping city and damn. if i had a nickel for every time the survival of a nonbinary deity associated with dreams, night-time, stars, and Things Intangible depended entirely on Ally Beardsley's character Not Dying, I'd have 2 nickels. which isn't a lot but it's honestly pretty sweet that it's happened twice.

The 2020 seasons of dimention 20 are just as good as the in person seasons, Unsleeping city 2, Pirate of Leviathan, and Mice and Murder are some of my all time favorite seasons

Watching The Unsleeping City season 2 is a process of watching an episode and thinking "oh my god, Cody is such a shithead in this episode, he cannot possibly get worse" and then watching the next episode and thinking "oh my god, Cody is such a shithead in this episode, he cannot possibly get worse" and then watching the next episode and thinking "oh my god, Cody is such a shithead in this episode, he cannot possibly get worse" ad nauseam.

Props to Murph for making a character so bad that even Ricky Matsui can't see the good side of whilst still making him an enjoyable character to watch.
