“I take no joy in mead nor meat, and song and laughter have become suspicious strangers to me. I am a creature of grief and dust and bitter longings. There is an empty place within me where my heart was once.” -Catelyn Tully Stark pg. 673 of Clash of Kings.
Dabbling in some symbolism. Spoilers under the cut.
The crown of the King in the North has all of its spears broken, except for the front two which now form two towers, the sigil of House Frey.
Her pendent thingy is a skewered fish (the trout is the sigil of House Tully), placed where her throat was slit.
I think the reference to Our Lady of Sorrows is pretty apparent ? Also, the red on her blue dress make the Tully house colors together.
This is the airheaded and innocent Tullu, a Circle of Dreams Druid.
She was her clan's sage, guiding them on where to find what they were looking for and advising other kobolds when she could. One day, she started having odd prophetic dreams and visions of places she didn't recognise calling her. So she joined the party on a hunt for answers and guidance.
Before we get to Druid features, here's Tullu's armour as promised. It's very nature themed (being a druid and all) with wooden, leather & scale like protection. It also has elements of her sage outfit throughout. Since she's a circle of dreams druid, I thought some night sky elements would be nice to reflect the dream-like aspect.
I'd imagine she much prefers her sage outfit though. Armour can be so uncomfortable and suffocating!
"It's so peaceful out here isn't it?"
"Yes... it's very nice"
Tullu and Mar relaxing in nature after a stressful day adventuring. Both of them are rather quiet in the party and find respite in nature and being alone. They've formed a strong pseudo mother & daughter bond where they both try to look out for each other.
By drawing on the power of nature, druids like Tullu can use that power to cast magical spells of great power. Or sometimes, you can use it to make a flower bloom.
