hello so i'm only asking because it seems semi-related to your Post Of All Time (salmon adventure), would you like to know why only usamericans call canned tuna "tuna fish"?

Oh boy is this my reputation? Am I a canned fish blog now? >.<

Still, that is a fascinating read, thank you for sharing! I hadn't realized it was strictly a US phrase, but I've definitely heard it from older family members.
