Turkish drama fans, please help ya girl out with recommendations for more female centric shows. I just finished Fatmagul (an actual perfect show!), seen half of Binbir Gece that I could find subtitled (I might give it another try now that my comprehension by listening is better), started Winter Sun and didn't care for the rich twin. Started Magnificent Century but the German lead actress was annoying. If nothing, I'll just watch Fatmagul again.

Guys please help! I'm looking for the name of a Turkish Drama. I saw the gifset here. It has a guy that kidnaps this girl, stalks her or something and it felt like there was some sort of chemistry there. And he had her mouth covered and they were arguing and she was on the sofa. From what I remember they aren't the main characters. And the poster I remember has women on it. And it has a prison setting. Like it's involved. Idk. Please HELP!

As a soap drama, Ask-i-Memnu was good BUT that doesn't change the fact that it's messed up in soooo many ways!!

do u watch turkish soaps?

I do occasionally, when I go back home to Hargeisa. Actually, the first Turkish soap I ever watched was the Somali dubbed version of Asi on Horn Cable TV. It was very popular there. It’s loosely based on Pride and Prejudice. 

My favorite though is Fatmagül’ün Suçu Ne? (translation: What was Fatmagul’s fault?). I’m not one that cries easily but after the first two episodes my eyes had become watery. I can never finish a series though because I feel their stories drag on for too long.
