Formlama makinasının ön kısmına bağlanan kalıp peynire şekil vermektedir. Makinanın önündeki soğutma konveyörü ise ürünün hem soğutulması hem liflenmesini sağlamaktadır ve konveyörün sonundada ayarlanan komutlarda boy kesilmektedir. Soğutma havuzu ise kesilen ürünleri toplayıp soğutmaktadır ve salamura havuzu görevini yapmaktadır. KNITTED-TONGUE ANS STRIP CHEESE FORMING MACHINE Local products contains three pieces: Forming machine, cooling and length setting machine, cooling vat. The mould which is mounted in front of forming machine makes cheese in desired shape. Cooling conveyor on the other hand both cools down product and fiberize it. At the end of conveyor length of cheese is set and cut.
