#TuziTraegerNation Welcome to my 314th straight day of #traegering. This is by far my best beef stew to date. I added more wine and beef broth than normal. I used fresh thyme out of my garden and a dry bay leaf. I really seasoned it up big time and I smoked it at 355F. for 3 hours and then added the carrots and potatoes and then it went for 2 more hours.
