STEVE HARRINGTON in STRANGER THINGS 3.04
Sometimes I sit and wonder how different House Md would have been if the other doctors knew that his father abused him.
Maybe if Cuddy had asked him why he hated his father in episode 2x05 or Wilson had stopped to listen in 5×04 while on the way to the funeral. Would they have listened to him more? or at least understood his behavior more and why he acted the way he was?
He needed professional help as well, but getting professional help definitely works better when you have supportive understanding people around you.
In House everyone always thought the worst, of him. Was he messed up? yes, but he was also a person who went through a lot of shit and no one ever believed him when he said he was in pain, especially with his leg.
Wilson was an awesome friend and truly cared about House's well being and he understood him the most quite honestly and yet he never really understood House either. So that's saying something.
Cuddy's just in a whole other relm from House she was attracted to his bad boy routine and his brains but once again never understood why he acted the way he acted or how his mind worked.
Instead the show ended up with everyone calling House a sociopath and constantly thinking they knew what was best for him and tried to micromanage his life. And the worst part they didn't believe him when he talked about the physical pain.
I don't have chronic pain issues but I know enough to know that pain feels awful and anyone who feels pain constantly must feel like hell. Was he addicted to the vicodin? Of course he was but no one did anything but try to take away his pills no, no one really tried to suggest a working alternative. I would probably pop pills as well if I had a gaping hole in my leg.
House was such a misunderstood person, even I don't really understand him fully but as his friends I wished they had the piece of information about his dad. I can't help but feel that he would have been treated better if they knew.

God, Derek Shepherd really was an ass sometimes.
I love him, he was one of my faves but geeze. At the part where he didn't put Meredith on his clinical trial paper after she worked so hard on it. What a shit move Derek.
Cristina Yang deserved so much better than the relationships she had.
Despite my better judgement, I'm rewatching Grey's anatomy from the beginning once again instead of doing what I'm supposed to.
I'm currently at the episodes where Burke got shot and boy was he an ass, Cristina risked her whole medical career, the thing that mattered most in life to her just to save him. She had a right to be scared and feel guilty, she was committing a crime so he could keep his reputation as one of the country's best cardiac surgeons and somehow he tried to tell her she was being selfish because of that.
Then there's the fact that throughout the whole relationship he pressured her to make a permanent commitment and to marry him, when he knew she didn't feel comfortable with marriage and he pressured her into it anyway, he let his mother disrespect her and never stood up for her and quite honestly in any situation, he just never listened to what Christina really had to say.
She was always by his side but he never showed any sort of appreciation.
After all of that he DIDN'T SHOW to the wedding.
Owen's is pretty self explanatory, as he's still a mess right now, but he cheated on Cristina, I think it was to get back at her for not wanting to have kids and having an abortion but come on, its Cristina. I'm quite surprised she even married any of the losers anyway, (she's the ultimate work machine, She loves her job above all and that's ok.)
All of that to say, Cristina deserved better relationships, someone who understood her drive and motivation. She loves her job more than anything but that doesn't mean she isn't compatible with anyone because of it.
After watching Station 19 season 1 out of pure boredom, in the 2nd episode Vic tells Ben that she's never been so close to death and I was like 'honey have I got some news for you, because Ben probably brought the Seattle Grace Mercy of death/Grey Sloan curse with him lol.
It's about to get worst, because anyone associated with that hospital is instantly in danger lol.
No one I know watches any of the shows I do, so I usually vent about them to my sister and friends.
I imagine their faces look something like this when I start ranting about it.
It's amazing how far down the rabbit hole Owen Hunt went.
Everyone loved him when he first came on the show now he's like the most hated character. Ever since he cheated on Cristina it was just all down hill from there.
