just spent two hours with my dad, whom i’ve been estranged from for years. shocker, it made me feel Awful! would hardly recommend that i do that again! smoked my first full cigarette in over a year directly afterwards! sunday scaries are raging in full force folks i will not be held liable for any devastating poems i reblog over the next 72 hours

Just a reminder that your struggle with and feelings about Father’s Day are valid even if your father is in your life and you’re spending time with him this Father’s Day.

I personally struggle with my relationship with my father and Father’s Day a lot of times brings up a lot of hard feelings and memories.

I am here for anyone who needs support tomorrow and want you all to know you’re not alone. I may not be able to answer right away as I will be spending time with him but i will most likely need support during this time and will be online and checking my phone regularly.

would take me to see new movies and would always spend time with me when i needed him
