If Violet and Minerva were swapped for you think clem would be able to romance Minerva and if so what would their date be? Rather than going to the top of the tower

I don’t see why not :) and that’s a very interesting question...hmm.

Assuming Minnie wasn’t kidnapped, that means Clem and AJ likely wouldn’t have been placed in the twin’s room when they arrived to the school injured (maybe Violet’s room instead?).

I remember there being old concept art for the twin’s room where it was decked out in fairy lights, candles and all sorts of things - I believe it was originally because it had been planned that we could fully decorate the room ourselves as Clem (so that was the final appearance idea).

But imagine if that was used for Minnie instead?

The episode 2 scene for Minnie could have been her asking if you wanted to hang out in her room for a bit after you both make sure the defences are secure.

When you get there you see it’s all lit up (due to being night) and the two of you sit together in the middle of the floor and talk.

This is a moment where Minnie opens up to you about Sophie/Violet and some stories about how the three of them were together as kids (as you can see in the scrapbook). There could perhaps be a lighthearted moment where you can talk about Clem’s childhood (maybe she could ask Clem if she ever had siblings) and Minnie will share some funny stories about Tenn.

I like to think that similar to Louis playing the piano or Violet stargazing with you, Minnie could have a moment where she sings a song inspired by Clementine and that’s where we get to hear her singing voice for the first time. 

I know that takes away from Louis’ scene a little bit with the whole “dedicating a song to Clem” element, but I think it could also be a neat parallel where if you play Minnie’s singing and Louis’ piano playing together it creates one song for Clementine.

The scene would be very cinematic (and even romantic) as well with the fairy lights and pretty artwork decorating the walls around you both.

You could have it that Minnie stopped singing after the “deaths” of both Violet and Sophie because it brought back painful memories, but ever since she met Clem she has newfound strength in herself (keep in mind this Minnie isn’t the one hardened and traumatised by Delta).

Louis finds someone in Clem who can truly understand him and look beyond his theatrical act.

Violet finds someone in Clem who she can truly trust to never leave her and who she can depend on.

Minnie finds someone in Clem who can support her and become that source of light which she lost with the death of her girlfriend and sister. 

I feel like non!Delta Minnie would have tried to have become strong for Tenn but at the risk of losing her more carefree and gentle nature. I feel like without the Delta’s army training she would struggle between being the person she was and being someone strong enough to survive and protect her family. I feel like seeing Clem as someone who can have fun with people while being a strong guardian for AJ (similar to her role with Tenn) would be motivational for her.

The scene would end with Minnie being more determined about facing the Delta and how she’s glad that she has Clementine that she can always rely on and trust.

You can then choose to either sway it in favour of a best friend type of relationship or something more romantic.
