the king and queen of gyenorvya have arrived at the met gala!
This isn't what I intended this blog for but fuck it I'm having so many feelings right now
I'm genuinely crying after watching the second episode of Q-Force
Because this- THIS is the representation I've been looking for for so long, made by queer people, that isn't just angst porn, that feels new and original, that speaks to queer audiences that knows when to be serious and when to be jokey- I love it so much, as a queer kid just trying to get by I'm so thankful for this show
And what's really baffling me is how I'm having these emotions over this show, Q-Force, that I've seen memed to death that I thought would be terrible because of the clips I saw online making it seem stereotypical and making fun of queer people— but it made me laugh and have heartfelt feelings about these characters. I guess the reason this show got such a strong reaction from me was the fact it made me feel seen, truly understood and represented.
I'm only 2 episodes in but I can't wait to binge the fuck out if this show
