Twin Sails Bridge

There has been a bridge opening today in Poole. I don't really know why its been built as its right next to another bridge and I've not known a problem down there, but then I don't go that way very often so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm feeling pretty ropey today so thought I would miss going to the opening. Technically I did miss that, but it was open all day for pedestrians. I'd been to the GP and had to get some antibiotics. As I had to wait for the 'script anyway, I ignored the fact I was dying and popped down there and got a couple of snaps. It was actually really interesting. There won't be may chances to go on what will be a very busy road and stand your bike up and take a snap while people walk about you. Very odd feeling actually. I'm glad I made the effort and I now have an anecdote to tell the grandkids. I WAS THERE
